Strategic Planning
The CWE facilitation team is highly skilled and objective. The facilitator guides a group through the creation of a customized plan to address a specific area of focus. The time investment is contingent upon the desired outcomes. Programs are a minimal of one full day but can last up to five days (for long range planning). Every program includes a research/discovery phase. This phase occurs through phone interviews prior to the actually planning session and enables the facilitator to obtain a better understanding of the challenges and cultures to help shape the design of the program.
Some topics that have been addressed with clients include:
· Becoming a high performance team
· Diversity & inclusion
· Succession planning
· Talent management
· Customer relationship management
· Employee resource group evolution
These sessions are intense and require a high level of commitment. Working with the client and his/her team, these sessions process the blueprint for success, inclusive of a method to evaluate progress.
